Alameda County Tram

While not exactly like the former Key System, this map definitely draws inspiration from it. A modern tram system for the East Bay that is centered on Oakland and takes advantage of a second Transbay Tube through Alameda would transform and connect the region instantly compared to its more disparate neighbors across the the bay on the Peninsula.
